I had heard of Rolfing before but never experienced it from a specifically trained practitioner. I was impressed with how effective it was for releasing the twnsion in my tissues in a way I have never experienced before. It was specific, targeted and effective.
Qaesar has great skills that I could sense as he was working. He was very detailed in his explanation and I felt a great sense of compassion. It felt like he could see through my body and get to the source of the issues.
I was so relaxed and released by the end of my session! If you have not experienced Rolfing and are looking for an expert, i highly recommend Qaesar!
